CAMPER REGISTRATION
- Campers are registered
ONLINE on a first-come,
first-serve basis according date registered. Please IMMEDIATELY send in
your non-refundable deposit of $75 per camper; (see address below). Your
spot will not be held until your deposit is received. You will
receive notification from our Registrar, Tina Hippner, once she
receives your online registration confirming whether there is space for
your child. (No checks will be deposited until space in confirmed.)
- Scholarships - Each Antiochian parish
has a limited amount of scholarship funding made available from the
Order of St. Ignatius.
Please check with your priest to see if your child/children might apply
for these funds. Once those funds are allotted, any remaining funds are
made available for campers with financial need. They are
appropriated on a first come, first served basis for the whole
archdiocese. Therefore, please check with your priest soon and ask
about applying for Additional Scholarship Funds. (Applications due
March 1st. You may apply after March 1st, but funds will disappear
quickly.) Each camper and parish are encouraged to find creative
methods of fundraising too, as we would like each child to play a part
in paying their way to camp. Please ask your priest who your CSME
Parish Rep is and get working on raising funds together!
- We
would appreciate prompt
notification if a camper must cancel so we may provide for those on the
waiting list. Please call or email the Registrar regarding
cancellations. If we receive notification of cancellation BEFORE June
1, 2012, you will receive a refund (minus the $75 deposit). After June
1, we will do our best to fill your spot and get you a partial refund.
No refunds after July 1, 2012.
- The
parents/guardians of the camper are responsible for arranging
transportation to and from camp in
a timely and safe manner. Camper check-in will take place on Monday,
July 16, 2012, from 1:00pm - 2:30pm. Campers must be picked up at
11:30pm on Saturday, July 21, 2012. PLEASE NOTE: Campers are not
permitted to arrive or leave early. (Campers are not able to arrive
during Staff Training, please, as we have no housing available for
them.) Nor may campers leave the facility during the week of camp. (If
an emergency arises, please contact the Registrar.) For the safety of
our campers, no unauthorized individuals are allowed on at camp except
during the designated Drop-Off and Pick-Up periods.<>
